I get an "Alert" while taking my course. What do I do?

If you are seeing the below alert in the middle of a course, it simply means the course and the server have a slow connection. Our courses send your location in the course every slide you visit so this should not create a problem.

The SCORM player has determined that your internet connection
is unreliable or has been interrupted. If you continue in this
SCORM activity, your progress may not be saved.
You should exit the activity now, and return when you have a
dependable internet connection.

However, on rare occasions, users who see this message and close the course partially finished have had to restart the course due to their location not being recorded. This can possibly occur when there are many users accessing GCALS at the same time and does not mean there is a definite problem with your system.
