It says I failed, but I didn't!
GCALS utilizes two systems to deliver these courses to the student. Sometimes these systems can get out of sync.
Don't worry, the GCALS course system is the main records keeping location so all grades are safe. You may check back periodically to see if your Transcript shows "Passed".
If after 48 hours your Transcript is still not correct, please submit a help desk ticket so that the issue can be rectified: support@gcals.zohodesk.com
