I registered for a course but it doesn't show up in "Your Online Courses"

This happens when your agency affiliation in your user profile is not set. Log into GCALS and navigate to your student profile. Under agency affiliation, it should show the facility that you work at daily.

If it shows "Private Citizen" or nothing at all, you will need to click the link under it that reads "Click here if your current agency affiliation isn't listed" and add the previously mentioned facility. Once this is done your facility trainer must approve you to be added to that Agency's roster which could take some time.

If it shows another agency that is within the GDC you must change it to your current location before continuing GCALS courses.

If this has been completed and you still receive the error you may have navigated directly to the GCALS Classroom. You cannot register for courses in the Classroom. Please verify that you register for courses first at this link http://gcals.gdc.ga.gov
